As standard the window cut outs have been in-lined by approx. 50-60mm for hiding curtain rails.

We only use sustainably sourced quality structural plywood from local supplies.

All panels come complete with standard OEM fixing holes pre-drilled where applicable. The top sections of the panels where OEM clip holes aren’t present on the van metalwork have been piloted with a 5mm diameter hole. This offers the option to use self taping screws or they can be drilled out suitably to take clip fixings. We recommend that only a skilled professional undertakes the drilling of the van, as holes must only be drilled into the inner 2nd skin.

All full height sliding door & tailgate panels will require either blocks or brackets to be fitted into the window recess to offer a fixing point. Our full height ply door panel fixing kits can be purchased in the accessories section under our products.

These panels have been profiled from a LWB Panel van and therefore its essential to check compatibility before purchasing. There can be some minor difference on some models which will mean making some very small amendments to suit.

*Where OEM clip positions are not available, pilot holes are supplied for either screwing direct to the van or marked and drilled out to 8mm for clips.

**12mm thick infill strips are supplied for the barn door panels which can be bonded or screwed to the back of the ply barn door panels during the carpeting process.
